St. John Lutheran School proudly participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). If your child is eligible for this program, they may attend St. John Lutheran School for FREE! All students from 4K through grade 8 who meet the financial requirements can apply. Parents will need to submit their applications online at the Wisconsin Department of Instruction School Choice website. For the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP), please note the income limits based on 2018 data for the 2019-2020 school year application.
For each additional member, the charge is $9,504, based on Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) levels. All parents applying for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program at St. John Lutheran School must show proof of residency. We have staff available to assist you with your application process.
Regarding payment of allowable fees, a Choice student at St. John Lutheran School cannot be charged for registration, application to the Choice program, books, teacher salaries, buildings, maintenance, equipment, or computers. However, the school may charge reasonable fees for certain personal use items.
Special Education Services: A Choice school like St. John Lutheran School cannot discriminate against students with special needs during the admissions process or at any time. However, as a private institution, the school is only obligated to provide services for special needs students that require minor adjustments. Parents are encouraged to contact the public school district where St. John Lutheran School is located for more information on the services available to students with special needs in public schools and the lesser services offered to those enrolled in private schools.
