Join us for Adult Bible Study between worship services from 9:00-10:00am, where we delve into topical Bible Studies. One of the greatest ways to strengthen faith and grow in the Lord is to study His Word. As we engage in Bible Study, we not only witness His promises, but we also come to realize that His promises have always been fulfilled in the past; therefore, we can be confident in His faithfulness for the future.

A variety of classes are offered simultaneously.  Be sure to check the bulletin for topics.

All children from Pre-K through 5th Grade are welcome to join our Sunday School, where they will learn more about God’s word through songs, fun activities, and youth-oriented Bible Studies. Additionally, students in our Sunday School have the opportunity to participate in the Children’s Christmas Eve Service at St. John. 

At St. John Lutheran Church, we take the instruction of the young seriously. Our Lord Jesus Christ Himself holds children up as an example of unwavering faith, and we heed His call to nurture that faith – in our children and by extension, in ourselves. Sunday School runs from September through mid-May.

This bi-weekly Adult Bible Study explores a variety of topics, ranging from individual books of the Bible to short-term specific themes that the group chooses to delve into during our sessions, making it an enriching experience for everyone involved in our Sunday School.

This group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's of the month (Sept-May) from 9:00-10:00am in the Ministry & Missions Room.

The Book of Esther 

Do you feel chosen? Do you feel you have a purpose in God’s kingdom? Do you feel needed? As we study the story of Esther, we will see that God is still working in our lives in the same way He worked in Esther’s life. We will discover that God loves us, that He has chosen us, that He has equipped us, and that He will continue to lead us and direct us through His word. This Bible Study will take place on Sunday evenings and Tuesday mornings in the Missions & Ministry room. 

We will kick off on Sunday, September 21st from 6:00-7:30 P.M. and Tuesday morning, September 23rd, from 10:00-11:30 A.M.

Youth opportunity for young people entering 9th grade through high school. This is a chance for teens to gather weekly in our youth room, where they can enjoy teen devotions, play games, brainstorm for future youth events and fundraisers, and even discuss how they can engage with our Adult Bible Study or Sunday School. It's a fantastic opportunity for Christian teens to connect and have fun together. 

The youth group meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the church basement.
