We will begin at 6:30 in the Church. After a brief introduction, each classroom teacher will give an overview the grade level curriculums, the homework policy, and general information in their classrooms. After 15 minutes a second classroom-grade level review will be conducted so that parents that need to visit two different classrooms will have that opportunity. Students are encouraged to bring their school supplies, find their desk and locker and get reacquainted or meet other classmates. Of course there will be treats at the conclusion of the program in the gym. Again, please join us on August 29th , 6:30-8:00. At open house the secretary will be in the office to take deposits for milk-lunch accounts and for tuition payments. We asked that you provide us with a $20.00 deposit for your lunch-milk account. The cost of hot lunch is $3.35 for students and $3.50 for adults. Milk for snack and lunch will be $.30 per carton. We will continue to need separate checks for milk/hot lunch and tuition. Extended care charges can go on the same check as tuition and long as separate amounts are noted in the memo line. As we start the new school year I want to encourage families to be prompt with their tuition and extended care payments. The secretary will send out monthly reminders of tuition balance, extended care amount due, and lunch account balance.
